Numbers add up for record breaking accountancy firm
DSG has reported a £4.8million turnover in 2007, seven percent up on 2006 figures.
The company has enjoyed a year of rapid growth, including the opening of a new office at St David’s Park in North Wales, an upgraded IT system and several director-level promotions in the marketing, HR, IT and finance departments.
Partner, Les Staniforth, comments: “It’s been 12 months of intensive growth and we’re firmly on track for another record-breaking year in 2008. The recruitment drive will continue apace, with senior appointments planned in the taxation and corporate finance departments, and we’ll also build on our web-based service to provide even more comprehensive online advice to our clients.
“Our new base at St David’s Park will also provide a firm platform from which to grow our business in North Wales.”
DSG employs 90 staff across three offices, serving Merseyside, North Wales and South Lancashire, and is a specialist in providing professional advice to owner-managed businesses with turnovers in the region of £1million-£50million.
It’s portfolio of services includes corporate finance support, accounts and projections, pensions, insurance and investment services, trusts and family wealth protection, payroll solutions, assurance services, IT consultancy and training, tax planning and compliance and business recovery services.
